What is it?
We have several regular group rides, including Tuesday Gravel rides and the Over-the-Hump Day Ride. They are no-drop social rides. We meet at 6pm in the months of May, June, July, and August. We meet at 5:30pm in April and September.
Depending on the size of the group that attends, we may split the group up into an A group and a B group, each with a leader and a sweep. This will allow everyone to ride at a pace that is comfortable for them. Regardless of whether we split into A and B groups or not, these rides are always no-drop rides!

Winter Rides
During the winter, we move our Over-the-Hump Day rides (and additional rides) indoors and hold them on Zwift!
Leaders & Sweeps
We need your help to lead and sweep rides! We can’t do club rides without these roles. If you’re interested, please reach out to us and we will sign you up to help!
I didn’t start cycling until I was 40, and then discovered an amazing community. Since then, I have moved to several different cities with my career, and the first thing I do is search online for a cycling club in my new city. I have met some lifelong friends by being involved in the different clubs across the US. I love riding my bike, meeting people who also like riding their bikes, and encouraging others to ride bikes. I’m looking forward to doing all of those things with the SOCO Velo members. I am also excited to continue the long history of this integral Colorado Springs club and expand our reach even further in the Colorado Springs community.
